Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience
  • Proof of previous experience
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
  • Knowledge of local labour legislation
  • Strong administrative accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations is advantageous
  • Applicants must be prepared to undergo a Criminal Clearance Check and Polygraph Test

Job Description

  • Manage paperwork, records, and logistical support for workplace labour relations, disciplinary hearings, and employee grievances
  • Maintain physical and digital employee relations files, tracking progressive discipline and case outcomes
  • Assist in ensuring alignment with South African labour laws and internal company policies
