Requirements

  • Reside in or around the Midvaal area or be willing to relocate
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Computer literate
  • Reliable transport and flexible working hours
  • Valid driver's licence
  • PSIRA registered
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Alarm systems knowledge:
    Hikvision AX PROAjaxParadoxIDSTexecomMAMIDSC
  • Transmitter knowledge:
    FSKOlarm
  • CCTV experience (DVR and NVR setup)

Key Responsibilities

  • Install new alarm and CCTV systems
  • Maintain and service existing systems
  • Diagnose and resolve system faults
  • Conduct site assessments for quotations
  • Perform vehicle and stockroom stock takes
  • Complete weekly vehicle checklists
  • Communicate with clients and the Technical Administrator
  • Be available for standby duties
